Keeping of Chickens Permit Application

If you are interested in keeping chickens within city limits an application for city permission and evidence of completion of a chicken-keeping video and test from the University of Minnesota or equivalent is required. A $25.00 application fee is required before having chickens and shall be re-applied every 2 years.
